Case Study: Preparation of Three-Phase Connection for a House
Initial Inspection and Planning
Before starting the project, I conducted an initial inspection at the client’s property, during which we discussed all the details of the work. The client required a future-proof solution by upgrading from a single-phase system to a three-phase connection, as they planned to install an electric boiler and a car charger in the future.
Installation of Electrical System
The installation process was carried out in collaboration with UK Power Network and included:

Preparing the infrastructure for a three-phase connection,

Connecting the new three-phase supply to the house,

Installing a three-phase meter for accurate energy monitoring,

Running a 5-core SWA cable into the interior of the house,

Integrating the existing single-phase installation into the new system.
